vitePOS is my own SaaS product, built in Kinshasa: a point of sale for merchants that sells in Congolese francs and US dollars, on a phone, tablet or computer.
A sale takes a few seconds: search or barcode scan, cart, discount, payment in cash, mobile money or both, change calculation and a receipt that can be printed or shared on WhatsApp. Stock updates by itself, with restocking alerts and guided inventories. The app works offline and syncs across the devices of the same business as soon as the network is back.
Management: daily cash register (opening float, takings, closing), sales, customers and expenses, reports by day, week or month, and owner, manager and seller roles, with an invitation code for the team.
