Offline workshop invoicing
Installable web app (PWA) built for Établissement La Main de Dieu, a carpentry workshop in Kinshasa, replacing handwritten invoices.
The workshop issues quotes (pro forma), turns them into invoices, records deposits and balances in US dollars, Congolese francs or euros, and generates PDF documents (quote, invoice, receipt, payment reminder) with the amount in words and the logo as a watermark. Expenses for each order and payouts to workers are tracked in the same place.
Everything works offline: entries are saved on the device and sent as soon as the network is back. Logging out is blocked while data is not yet synced, and no financial record is ever deleted.
Interface: a desktop version and a thumb-friendly mobile version (tab bar, card-based invoice editor, iPhone-style settings), with a dashboard and reports for the manager.
