Land management application
Internal web application built for the Fondation El-Shaddaï / MBA, which manages thousands of land subscriptions (plots, records, monthly installments) across several sites.
Teams enter subscriber records (military and civilian forms, official prices per site and plot size), collect payments at the cash desk with PDF receipts and QR codes, and track debt collection and monthly installments. The app stays usable offline in the field: operations are queued and synced as soon as the network is back.
Administration: role-based dashboards (amounts for administrators, percentages for agents), fine-grained roles and permissions, audit log and PDF / Excel exports.
This is the original application: it was later adapted to BEPAS's requirements to become BEPAS Log.
