BEPAS Log
Management application
Internal web application built for BEPAS SARL, which sells plots on credit across several sites, replacing paper records and spreadsheets with a single system.
Teams enter subscriber records (military and civilian forms), collect the down payment and monthly installments at the cash desk with PDF receipts in two copies, and track the 24-month credit, debt collection and monthly installments. The app stays usable offline in the field: operations are queued and synced as soon as the network is back.
Administration: dashboard and reports per site, anomaly detection (overpayments, duplicate deposit slips), fine-grained roles and permissions, audit log, recycle bin and a news CMS shared with the BEPAS website.
BEPAS Log grew out of Fondation Logistic App: same foundation, adapted to BEPAS's requirements and processes.
